Medical help/opinion?

It started at the beginning of last year. I was doing karate twice a week & swimming twice a week in the mornings. I started to only be able to do half an hour of the swimming because I didn’t have the energy & I felt weak. One time I got out after about 20 minutes & collasped in the shower, and when I could get up I started retching. And so I went to the doctors, & they did all these blood tests for diabetes and cancer and anemia, all came back negetive. I also had about 4 times pain down my lower back legs, that match the discription of sciatica, although the doctor didn’t mention this. But he told me I was 10kg under the minimum healthy weight range for someone of my height/age etc. So I stopped all excercise because eating four servings of food didn’t help. Now I’ve put on the 10kgs, (I was 44kg and 166cm) & still haven’t excercised. But I’m getting stabbing shooting pains around my pelvis and sometimes when I pee during my periods, and bad cramps and sometimes nausea.
I couldnt fit this in but at one stage (around the pains in my legs) for a couple of days I couldnt control my bladder, almost like I was leaking. Later I also found painful lumps on my tendons near my upper thigh/pelvis and down there, but they went away. Has anyone got any idea of what this might be? I know I have to see a doctor, but has anyone had these symptoms or is there a medical professional out there? If you need more details, just say so.
