I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. I have been searching the web for a exchanges & diets, but there is so much information out there I am totally confused. I need to figure out what I can/can’t have & any help would be great!!

im a seventeen year old girl with diabetes and pcos.
recently i decided to lose weight.
i did weigh 286
i now weigh 270.
i have a long, long way to go
but sixteen pounds is awesome =D
i cant even say how happy i am.
anyways, so id love tips on how to keep losing weight. im already drinking only water. i exercise regularly. and i dont eat sugar or junk food thanks to the diabetes. so any other tips or helpful hints i should know to successful weight loss?

Sunday, August 30th, 2009Ive been urinating a lot, I shake sometimes, Im always hungry and thirsty, and when I get up after laying down for a few minutes, I cant see. I feel like im floating and I cant tell where I am for about 15 seconds. What are my chances of having it? (Im not overweight but I don’t exercise too often)
