		<description>You need to contact Social Sevices to help you out at least on the short term.   If you intend to default on your lease, then you must give your landlord notice and still pay rent at least through Sept.  Then if your landlord is able to find a new tenant, you will be off the hook. If, however, he is not able to find a new tenant, you will be liable for the rent until a new tenant is found or the lease expires.  If your husband is going on disability Social services will normally cover the majority of your rent.  You may want to have utilities included in your rent, since if they are included, you may be eligible for more benefits.</description>
