Before PCOS could be 100% excluded you should consider an ultrasound to see if you have multiple cysts, lab work such as: testosterone, androgen levels, Insulin, 2 hour glucose tolerance test. And also consider your symptoms, do you have acne, facial hair, irregular cycles, no ovulation or not ovulating every month, weight gain, unable to lose weight....
PCOS is a tricky diagnosis to begin with. Most of the time it is based on symptoms, ultrasound, and lab work. Women with PCOS can get preg. on their own. So just because you got preg. before does not exclude you from PCOS.
I hope you do not have it!!! Good luck on baby#2!!!

When I was diagnosed with PCOS, my doctor did a blood test for my testosterone levels (which were doubled) and a ultrasound to look at my ovaries (which were covered in tiny little cysts) so that was my inclination that I had PCOS. Has your doctor done any of those test on you?
